Founder & CEO

OWNER & FOUNDER
Hurre Koje

Hurre Koje, has strong experience in overall health and wellness delivery services. Prior to ACS, Mr. Koje helped clients reach their physical and wellness goals through holistic client-centered physical education and training. He was able to help clients define and achieve their health and wellness goals effectively.

Mr. Koje formed ACS out of a strong desire to provide compassionate services to the developmentally disabled in the community residing within Maricopa County, Arizona. Mr. Koje understands the challenges families with special needs children, young adults, and adults face in trying to acquire quality services. Our founder is especially conscious of the challenges minority families face with regard to getting the services they need. Out of this compassion and understanding ACS was formed. Mr. Koje’s plan is to have ACS deliver culturally sensitive services to the developmentally disabled within the community to help address the unmet needs. Quality services for all is at the heart of why we work hard for those in our community.

Fundamentally, Koje is committed to providing effective, high-quality care and services with a high emphasis on client success for improvement on matters important for them and their families.

 

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Michelle Campuzano BA, MNpS, M.Ed.

Michelle has a Bachelor’s in Social Welfare (BA), a master’s degrees in Nonprofit Leadership (MNpS), and a Master’s in Education (M.Ed.) all from Arizona State University (ASU).    In 2018 Michelle was elected to the Roosevelt School District #66 (RSD) Governing Board and currently serves as the RSD Board President.  Michelle is the Founder/Owner of TEACHabilities, an Advocate, Life Coach, Certified Trauma Professional, and a Trainer for the Arizona ACES Consortium

Michelle lives out her passions, committed to empowering and serving populations that are often underserved.  She serves on multiple boards including; Helping Hands for Single Moms. The Greater Purpose Project, the Center for Exceptional Children’s East Valley Chapter, and Healthy Families Advisory Board. She is also a member of the Child Abuse Prevention Council.

Nikki Holmes, MA, BCBA, LBA

Nikki Holmes is an Arizona State Licensed Behavioral Analyst (LBA) with over 13 years experience in mental health and Applied Behavioral Analysis. She holds a Master’s Degree from Argosy University Phoenix and a postgraduate certificate in ABA from Florida Institute of Technology. Nikki's experience spans working with clients from age 18 months to 75 years of age. Her background includes working with such populations as individuals with Autism, developmental delay, ADHD, ODD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, and other mental illness diagnoses. Nikki has worked with those designated as seriously mentally ill and dual diagnosis in both inpatient and outpatient settings on all levels of acuity. Throughout Nikki’s career she has held roles working in crisis and Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams as well as roles in executive management growing ABA regions and training and mentoring other BCBAs. 

During her work with children on the spectrum Nikki has garnered remarkable success in the improvement of the use of language, increased independence of functioning, and reduction of problem behaviors. Nikki is exceptionally passionate about helping families and individuals improve their quality of life and achieve success in their treatment and recovery. She seeks to incorporate others with the same level of passion in our Anod Care Services team to foster positive change for all of the individuals and families we serve.
