- We offer personalized services that promote inclusion, create opportunities for growth and development, and support our clients and their care teams physical, mental, and emotional needs.
- Our group homes are designed to provide a loving nurturing environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who for whatever reason can no longer be accommodated in their natural family environments. Our dedicated staff are available 24/7 to support each client's individual needs.
Pre-placement
Our staff works in collaboration with the members family and/or care team to ensure a successful transition. In an effort to support independence and continued growth the team will designs an individualized care plan that includes goals that promote growth in the following areas (but is not limited to):
- Independence
- Communication
- Daily Living
- Cognitive and Motor Skills
- Community/Social Engagement
- Safety Awareness
